Christian brings with him more than 30 years of meditation experience. He began studying Transcendental Meditation (TM) in 1975 and completed his teacher training in India in 1986. 
 
In 1997 Christian discovered a new method of meditation that combines breathing, relaxation and chakras. Although very different from his training in TM, he felt this was a very profound and powerful form of meditation. This form of meditation is still a part of Christian’s daily practice. 
 
Christian has generously offered to share his knowledge and experience to anyone interested in meditation.  No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
