Client Therapist Relationship II
This course is designed to teach students how to embody the role of a professional holistic therapist and how to recognize and interpret the various stages of the therapeutic process. This course places an emphasis on self-care practices that foster a therapeutic presence as well as a clear understanding of the phenomena of transference, counter transference and projection. Students will develop the basic skills necessary to form a meaningful client-therapist relationship, using a person-centered counseling approach.
Students will be required to engage in individual therapy sessions.
