Healing Journey:  Healing Through Energy Medicine

Are you plagued by worrying thoughts? Feel like you are “caught in your head?” Do you experience fatigue, migraines and digestive disorders? Or just feel ‘energetically’ off?

Learn how the ancient Indian Chakra system can help free you of these intrusive thoughts, bring your body into balance and regain the power to lead a fulfilling life. The Chakra system is one aspect of Energy Medicine, an exciting field of Complimentary and Alternative Medicine that has its roots in traditional medical systems.

Students will be encouraged to make the connections of how emotions, experiences and beliefs affect energy, and in turn how this awareness of energy opens the possibility for growth and change. Weekly classes will foster a momentum towards well-being and instruction will focus on a hands-on experience of energy anatomy, visualization, personal inquiry and healing exercises.
