Herbology I
The most powerful medicine is right outside your door. This course is an introduction to the plants that grow in our area. The world’s healing and stabilizing remedies are often found in plant life. The course covers plants’ names, stories and even their wisdom. Students will also learn the effect of herbs on clients and how they can restore balance to the mind-and-body dynamic. As a result, students learn to connect with themselves and their environment. Students will be guided through a number of herb walks to familiarize themselves with indigenous plants.
