Holistic Therapeutic Massage

In this practical hands-on course, students learn the fundamentals of relaxation massage using the Cayce-Reilly variation of the Swedish method. The course covers how to assess and treat common physical complaints with advanced massage and bodywork techniques. A full body massage sequence is taught with emphasis on hands-on practice, which permits the student to progress at a specific pace, developing skills as additional strokes and techniques are introduced. In addition, students are taught the importance of being grounded, having presence and being a skilled listener.
