Nutrition III: Symptomatology

Building on the knowledge acquired in Nutrition II and Anatomy & Physiology, which look at the healthy body, this course examines the effects of nutrient deficiencies and organ insufficiencies. The symptoms we experience on a daily basis provide a message of functional imbalances in the organism. This course teaches the principles of nutritional assessment, using the Nutri-Body© Questionnaire as tool, with the aim of understanding how symptoms develop and how to correct them.
