Psychoneuroimmunology (Online Course + Workshops)
This course introduces students to how emotions, addictions, stress and personality types can have an impact on health. The course will focus on the neurochemical links between the nervous and immune systems. Students will be introduced to the mind body connection and its role in a number of health issues such as pain and inflammation, stress, autoimmune disease and cancer. The course maintains a holistic perspective on health and healing, while exploring how the physical and energetic systems communicate.
Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) is a new interdisciplinary biomedical science that studies the intimate relationships and interaction between the Immune and Nervous Systems. This provides an important basis to understand how our health behaviors and emotions concretely affect physiology and vice versa.

Hello. I am taking the Registered Holistic Nutrition program at the Canadain School of Natural Nutrition and will graduate in Sept 2012. Would my Diploma be pre-reqrequisite enough to enroll in this program.
