Reiki I

This course is an overview of the healing system, including the essence and use of Reiki and its history. Students will learn the self-treatment technique as well as how to apply the treatment to others.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes healing and is administered by the“laying on of hands”.It is known to bring harmony and balance to the body and mind. Reiki attunes one to their own innate power and to the universal life force.

This course has a case study component. To move on to Reiki II, additional case studies are required.
